Template->make_filename(): Error - file admin/board_config_banner_body.tpl does not exist

That's what happens when I click on "Configure Banner" withe the "Reddish" template and a couple of others.

And with the Legend Template, which I would really like to use, how do you get rid of the word Legend and put your banner there???????
