hi !
All forums are backed up every week and the database it is save in a safe location (so no problems with data loss)
I can not give you a back-up of your forum because all forums are backed up in a big SQL file

A shoutout box it is hard to implement from what i saw.....i am sorry, i can not do that right now. Maybe i will do it after we will update to future PhpBB 3
