I ask as it seems very quiet here considering the popularity of free-forums.org and I could do with some help with my problem as soon as possible as I have exhausted every other avenue and spent a lot of time on my forum.

Many thanks for the reply, I'd almost give up.

To cut a long story short I have detailed the problem (which has still not been fixed) in a thread here on the google forum but its not helped much.
