I cannot log out, it logs back in immediately.

I specified a custom banner in bannermod, but it won't show up on any page (for me) except the "Message Posted, View Message or Return to Forum" screen. But it shows up correctly for other people.

i think you have a problem with your browser (cookies based).
for the banner problem.. try to empty your browser cache

I cleared the cookies, it still does this, yet it wors if I have both IE and Firefox open.
