HELLO I NEED HELP. I CREATED A FORUM AND SOMEONE GOT MY PASSWORD AND BANNED ME FROM THE FORUM I CREATE. IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I CAN RETRIEVE THE FORUM? PLS. HELP ME.

I have no idea.

You could delete it and create a new one.
Or if you've assigned some moderators or another admin they might be able to change the password on your account.
Create a new account and use your forum as a user and find out who changed it. (spying)
