I have a registered member in Spain - she is very active in posting on my forum, and never has any problems. For several days now, she can only get on for about 3 minutes - sometimes not at all. No one else is reporting problems. Any sugguestions as to what her problem may be?

I and my forum members have been having issues getting onto my forum as well. This morning and this evening as well there have been long stretches of time where we recieve a message that the site is inaccessible, consistent with a broken weblink or something to that effect. This is not the first time either. Is this something we can expect to be a frequent occurence or is the server just having problems today?
