One of my users did not receive an email activating her account. She thinks it might be because when she entered her email address, she did not use the proper case.

Example;

Correct email address is: yourname@whatever.com
She input: Yourname@whatever.com

Could this be why she is having this problem? and if so, could I change her email address manually in the admin panel to fix it? will doing this automatically send her another email to set her up?

phpbb doesn't make a difference about lowercase/uppercase letters. try to find that user in your admin panel and activate him manually

did they select under 13? becouse a couple of mine did that, and they didnt get one eather.
