I found my forum only came with one skin at the begining.
To get more I went to the admin panel.
Went down to "Styles Admin"
Clicked on the only option there, "Menu"
Clicked on "Install Styles"
Previewed some styles
Checked the boxes of the styles I liked
Scrolled to the bottom and clicked the big install button
Now you should have more styles to pick.
I also notice that one you pick a new style you have to refresh to have it change.
