Under Configuration, I have enabled HTML and included a list of permitted
tags.
Then I type some HTML code into a post. I ensure the 'Disable HTML in this post' is not checked.
Clicking on Preview, the HTML is interpreted and displayed perfectly.
I then Submit the post and look at the message thread.
The post shows the actual HTML code I typed in rather than the
interpreted version I saw in the Preview

I am using the FI Black 3D Blue skin.

Is this a 'known bug' or a 'feature'

I found what was wrong.
Went to my Profile and changed "Always allow HTML" from No to Yes.
Magically, all the posts that previously showed html tags now displayed
correctly (ie: with no tags).

Yayy !!
