hey can anyone point me in the direction of getting a shout box for my forum??

ok i found a shout box but now i cant even get to my admin panel and my other catagories are now not there!!!!! please help me!!!!!! everything below where the shoutbox should have gone are not there and the shout box isnt showing up like it should.
