I just made something that prevent spam for unused forums, but users can register if they want without any problem.

If the forum have spam-> sure i will not do that, i will delete and that it is all. But spam forums will be less from now
If a forum have more than 30 days without posts, in general it is deleted automaticaly from the system. Sometimes i look manualy to see what forums will be deleted and if i see a big one (with many posts and many registered users), i will send an e-mail to the admin, but this will not happen all the time.
So...in general i will delete without any warning.
But....if ...if a person say that had a big forum and tell me that he want to use it again, i can restore him from an older back-up (but only if that forum was not a spam forum)
