I´ve just been made 2nd admin on a forum here. Do I need to have PostgreSQL and phpBB-stuff to be able to access the adminpanel? All other things are working and I´m able to change in post and move and delete them.

I`m asking because all this PostgreSQL and stuff are all new to me.
