I was wondering if administrators can in future be given a little advance notice if there is to be a change or server or the site is going to be down for any period of time if that's possible as some people thought the forum had been hacked or something, cheers.

yes, i'm sorry ! Was a fast decision to change. For a day (until new DNS propagate) all forums was redirected to a page where anybody coud find information that server will change !
