Hi,
New to all this...but I made a forum up...
called it dragonriders to begin with
But now have it titled as Tango's Place
Is there anyway to actually change it in the web address so its
Tango's place.freeforums.org?
Any help much appreciated  |

I was wanting to change the name on my web address from midatlanticstad.free-forums.org to ballparkvendors.free-forums.org.
I thought I typed midatlanticstadiumvendors.free-forums.org but it appears that a setting only takes the first 15 letters without warning.
So I go to register for another free forum and the interface says I may only have one and rejects my application.
Then I search for how to delete a forum and one of your recent replies to someones inquiry says it will automatically be deleted in 30 days. I realize that you trying to make things self prunning.
Kindly help me out. I'd prefer to change the web address part to midatlanticstadiumvendors.free-forums.org. In the mean time I will try another work around. Thank you. |

One more thing, when in putting a username on the registration screen such as danny hahn comes out as dannyhahn when processed. I figured out how to fix that.
I did a work around to get another free forum by submitting another email address, then changing it after registering. But I would prefer to have midatlanticstadiumvendors.... Thank you. |

| don't need assistance with changing the name at this point. but maybe future forum starters would appreciate being able to edit the things I couldn't. |

The change of subdomain is not posible. I can try to change files on the server but i do not think that will work. I can try if you want.

I made a change of two subdomains this week, work fine, but I hate to do it, it is much work. But.......if really need to, I will do it !
