The time is wrong for all of my members by 28 Plus (+) minutes. I have set the time in several different zones but nothing works. What could be wrong?

mine is too. i don't think there is anything you can do. it is likely a problem with their main server. There is a GMT timezone that is only 1/2 hour, and likely they overlooked that, throwing everything off by that amount.
