I have found a new Theme/skin that I would I would like to use. PHPBB Portal. The main page has a place to "add links", but I can not seem to find where to change these. Is it possible to do so ? Also is it Possible to change the Banner on the following. PHPBB Portal and Sub-Portal themes ? Thanks for the help and Im sure Ill be back.
