You can try to get one from here : myshoutbox.com
I can implement an internal shoutbox but is veru hard to do if for multiforums because i need to create a new database for every forum + many files must be edited for every skin. If i will find an easy way to do it, i will try to implement a shoutbox, but until then you can use one from that site that i gave you before
