I forgot the name of my forum, and i'm sure it's been inactive for 30+ days yet i can't make another one.

For some reason you can't create a forum with the same name even if it's been inactive for more than thirty days. Pick a different name.

With the remembering problem, browse your emails. There should be one with confirmation of your forum being created if you didn't erase it. It should contain the forum name or it's website address.
